This four-part sound bath series invites you to slow down and reconnect with the steady rhythm of the moon. Each session aligns with a specific lunar phase—New Moon, Waxing Moon, Full Moon, and Waning Moon—offering space to reflect, reset, and move with greater intention.
Through sound, stillness, and guided rest, we’ll explore the themes each phase brings: planting seeds, building momentum, embracing fullness, and releasing what no longer serves.
By tuning into the moon’s natural cycle, we remember our own—rest and renewal are not luxuries, but essential parts of being human.

Zen Yoga Studio is teaming up with Pets without Parents for a unique and heartwarming yoga experience that combines the serenity of a gentle yoga flow with the joy of interacting with adoptable puppies.
In this class, participants move through calming yoga sequences, breathing deeply and stretching with intention, while adorable puppies play, cuddle, and offer companionship throughout the session.
Your $20 fee goes directly to the shelter. So far we’ve raised $1,500 for Pets Without Parents.
