Zen Yoga Teacher Training – OUR 2026 Spring Program starts march 14th!!
The School of Zen 200-Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is an experiential training that will support you in discovering your unique teaching style and authentic voice. This training will give you a strong foundation and understanding of what it means to truly “teach from your heart.” In addition to learning the lifecycle of a flow class, the training also includes modules on Anatomy, Ayurveda, Teaching Beginners, & more, plus hands-on teaching experience. Whether your intention is to teach yoga or simply deepen your personal practice, this training will provide you with a heart-centered and transformational life experience.

Join us for our Earth Day litter pick-up event as we come together to make a positive impact on our environment! We’ll be meeting at Zen Yoga Studio on April 22 from 5:30-7:00 pm to collect litter and debris from our community. And stay for a FREE yoga class from 7:00-8:00 pm!!

This is a great opportunity to give back to the Earth and demonstrate our commitment to keeping our planet clean and beautiful. Plus, a perfect way to destress after the event by joining the soothing flow class afterward!
